Annual National Review on the Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning on the national context

This report shows the structure of the Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning (VNF-IFL) in Belgium.

Belgium is a federal state, which is why the VNF-IFL differs regarding the different parts of Belgium. In the French-speaking part of Belgium, depending on their principal activities and public, the organisations active in the qualification issue – and consequently the VNF-IFL – fall under the responsibility of one or more of three governments. This makes it quite complicated to have a uniform VNF-IFL.
