Case Study: Austria “Informal Competence Acquisition and Educational Guidance”

Most of the information in this case study was gained in an interview with Mr Wolfgang Kellner from the Ring Österreichischer Bildungswerke (RÖBW, a platform of Austrian Adult Education Associations) who has the main responsibility for the project. Ring Osterreichischer Bildungswerke (RÖBW): The RÖBW is a national umbrella organisation for voluntary educational and cultural work. The project’s overall goal is offering independent counselling and, due to the ESF funding, reaching disadvantaged groups.
