CS: regional centre for training and evaluation in Cluj Napoca: this centre offers vocational training programmes as well as evaluation of NF-IF competences. The CS is about one individual, a plumber who needs recognition of competences in welding to work for an Italian firm (better job prospects) and who is advised by an engineer cum adviser at the centre. This person is not only experienced in competence evaluation but also in dealing with adults, with very good relational skills and empathetic attitude. The CS is also about a comparative study made between the national system and that developed through a European project, and provides some evaluation as to how to improve the national system
