ANaR Report Year 2 – 2008-2009
Law on Education passed in 2003 sets out key elements to formally certify competences acquired through nonformal
or informal learning. In addition, recent documents, namely the Strategy on Vocational Guidance,
Strategy Paper on Lifelong Learning, Strategic Guidelines for the Development of Education for 2003-2012,
Single Programming Document as well as a draft of new edition of Law on VET, aim to build bridges between
formal, non-formal and informal education and training.
